Aaron Isiminger

Senior Research Analyst


Aaron Isiminger, MSc, is a Senior Research Analyst for the Parent, Infant, Early Childhood team at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. Aaron has extensive experience conducting quantitative research, managing big datasets, and leveraging administrative data. In his current role, Aaron has led the design of a new data collection system for Maryland’s network of infant and early childhood mental health consultation work. He has also generated interactive visuals and dashboards for the display of statistics related to consultation work and Wraparound quality assessment tools. Aaron holds an MSc in Political Psychology from the University of Kent and a BSc in Psychology from the University of St Andrews.
