Alize Rattenni

National Trainer and Coach


Alize Rattenni, MA, is National Trainer and Coach at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. In 2019, Alize began working as a Wraparound Local Coach and Trainer for Minnesota and earned NWIC certification. As a trainer and coach, Mrs. Rattenni’s work includes leading trainings around Wraparound implementation and best practices in workforce development as well as providing individualized support to organizations and providers. She is passionate about Wraparound and workforce development and supports organizations in Texas and California. Additionally, Alize provides expertise in collecting and utilizing data to assess the effectiveness of programs at the organizational level. She also has experience evaluating the effectiveness of training, coaching, and TA. Mrs. Rattenni is originally from Switzerland and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Western Switzerland. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychomotor therapy in 2013 and then worked as a psychomotor therapist in Swiss public schools. She relocated to the United States in 2017 and, in 2019, obtained an MA in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota with a focus on implementing evidence-based interventions for families.
