Allison James 

Assistant Director of Events


Allison James is Assistant Director of Events at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work.  Allison assists in development and implementation of event concepts and processes, and provides professional and administrative support to the department. Allison plans and executes all in-person, virtual, and hybrid events and meetings. She generates proposals, contracts, and other documents to secure business for all services related to events, such as facilities, catering, and speakers. Allison holds an Associate’s Degree in Travel and Tourism from York Technical Institute.
