Research Assistant I


Elizabeth Celona, BA is a Research Assistant for the Parent, Infant, Early Childhood (PIEC) team at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. As part of the PIEC team, Elizabeth supports projects related to parenting and infant and early childhood mental health, including the Abell Foundation-funded TREE and the HRSA-funded TREEHOUSE projects focusing on training pediatric providers to promote parent-child interactions, the HHS PACE-IT Project focusing on improving social determinants of health for families with young children by increasing access to free tax services in home visiting and pediatrics settings, and the SAMHSA-funded FASTT project focusing on decreasing wait lists and increasing access to infant and early childhood mental health services as well evaluation of workforce development practices. Elizabeth’s work across these projects focuses on data collection, entry, cleaning, analysis, and reporting, as well as data visualization for reports and presentations. Elizabeth holds a BA in Psychology from Temple University.
