Sarah E. Quinn

Training Manager for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services


Sarah E. Quinn, MSW, is Training Manager for Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. In this role she is responsible for curriculum development, implementation, training, and coaching around the MRSS model. She also provides technical assistance including readiness assessment, workforce support, and systems design for states and localities installing or reforming MRSS. Prior to joining Innovations Institute, Sarah was Director of Crisis Response in Harford County, Maryland overseeing home- and community-based crisis response and stabilization services. Sarah also has experience in the child welfare system and in outpatient behavioral health care including direct care, program development, grant application and reporting, compliance and accreditation, and management of clinical and business operations. Sarah holds an MSW with a clinical concentration in Children and Families from the University of Maryland School of Social Work.
