Katia Astudillo, MBA, is Administrative Program Support at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social work. Her work primarily focuses on the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC), FOCUS, PEARLS, Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), and the TA Network. Katia is deeply passionate about healthcare and community health. Her career is rooted in addressing social and structural determinants of health outcomes, with a strong focus on underserved populations and communities of color. With her background in administrative program support, project management, and community engagement, Katia brings a unique combination of operational expertise and a people-focus to her work. Katia is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, enriching her ability to connect with diverse populations. Katia holds an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.
