Emily Bradshaw
National Coach and Trainer
Emily Bradshaw, MSW, is a National Coach and Trainer at the Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. Mrs. Bradshaw is a trained social worker with over 20 years of experience in child- and family-serving systems. Her specific expertise focuses on team-based planning models to support the collaboration between mental health, education, child welfare, juvenile justice, and community resources to keep families together and in their home. She has assisted in the development of several fidelity tools to assess the coordination of care in team-based planning. She currently works with states to achieve fidelity and quality practice within the Wraparound model to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care to youth with complex needs. Within this process, she also supports the skill development of new wraparound coaches. As an experienced trainer, Mrs. Bradshaw develops and teaches curricula on various topics such as trauma-responsive care, family narratives, strength-based practice, facilitation skills, crisis and safety planning, and more. She holds an MSW from the University of Maryland and a BSW from James Madison University.
