Morgan Bosset
Senior Program Specialist
Morgan Bosset, BA, is a Senior Program Specialist at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. She is a liaison for partner organizations, consultants, implementation sites, and evaluation team members that are part of the National Quality Improvement Center on Family-Centered Reunification (QIC-R). She applies in-depth knowledge, concepts, and skills to provide technical assistance to participating child welfare agencies. Morgan works closely with leadership to plan, develop, administer, and coordinate goals and objectives for chosen sites. She provides administrative and research coordination and monitoring to improve reunification programs, and coordinates and facilitates webinars, meetings, and conferences to foster cross-site learning. Morgan assisted in the development of the QIC-R’s Review of Best Practices, a scoping review of reunification interventions and best practices across the nation. Morgan also coordinates webinars for the System of Care Leadership Learning Community at Innovations Institute and manages resources within the online Learning Management System. Morgan holds a BA in Sociology and Early Childhood Education from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and is pursuing a Master of Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Public and Nonprofit Management from the University of Baltimore.
