Rebekah Valenta

National Trainer and Coach

Rebekah Valenta, LMSW, is a National Trainer and Coach at Innovations Institute, University of Connecticut School of Social Work. Rebekah provides training, technical assistance, and research supporting Wraparound implementation nationally. Rebekah’s current role is grounded in the planning, development, and administration of training programs aimed to train professionals and improve their skills and knowledge in Wraparound and related topics maintaining content expertise specific to implementation of Wraparound. Rebekah is responsible for identifying key trainings to apply, through designing the most complex curricula, administering evaluation assessments, and developing tools to better assess training and other workforce development activities. Rebekah’s Wraparound support is predominantly concentrated in Texas and West Virginia. Rebekah’s prior professional experience includes years working directly with multi-system involved youth and their families as a care coordinator. Rebekah holds an LMSW from Our Lady of the Lake University.
