The 2025 Training Institutes will be held at the Gaylord National Resort & Conference Center located on the banks of the Potomac River in National Harbor, Maryland. Discounted Conference Hotel Rates
Newly renovated guest rooms are available at the discounted rate of $229 plus tax per night for a deluxe room with a king or two queen beds. There is a $20 additional charge per person for 3 or more people. Children 12 and under are free when occupying the same room as their caregiver. Upgraded rooms with an atrium view are available at the conference rate of $249 plus tax. Spacious rooms are designed to celebrate the Potomac and salute our nation’s capital.

Dining & Amenities at the Gaylord
The Gaylord features five restaurants with cuisine ranging from local Maryland seafood and fresh produce to quick on-the-go meals for in between conference sessions. A rooftop lounge and a lobby atrium bar feature soaring views of the surrounding landscape.
The Gaylord offers several amenities including a nightly light and music show in the atrium; an interactive sports bar with bowling, bocce ball, and darts; state-of-the-art fitness center with cardio, weights, and Peloton bikes; an indoor pool and hot tub; daily morning yoga; sundeck and splashpad. Room Payment, Cancellation & Check In Details
Reservations require a deposit equal to the first night's room and tax by a major credit card. Attendees may cancel their reservations with no charge until 11:59 p.m. up to and before three (3) days prior to arrival. If a cancellation is made after this deadline, one night’s room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Check-in is 4 p.m. and checkout is 11 a.m. ET. Luggage can be stored for individuals arriving before check-in as well as those with later departures.
Upon check-in, the hotel requires a credit or debit card imprint and will put a hold on the card in the amount of $75 per day for incidental charges. The hold will be released upon check-out for amounts not used. Please note that cancelling your conference registration does not cancel your hotel reservation. You must reach out directly to the hotel to do so.

Room reservations must be made no later than June 12, 2025. We recommend that you make reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability. After June 12, 2025, the hotel will accept reservations at the conference rate on an as-available basis only.

Getting to National Harbor
National Harbor is served by three area airports: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA), Washington Dulles International Airport (IAB), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). The hotel does not offer shuttles to or from these airports. Please see an area map and public transportation information.
