Meet Your Hosts
Kim Coviello (i.e., Covi), Assistant Director of the National Wraparound Implementation Center, has spent over 25 years championing Wraparound and helping systems better support youth and families. She oversees national training, coaching, and technical assistance efforts focused on Wraparound and care coordination.
Conan Green is the Lead Training Specialist for FOCUS Care Coordination. With more than two decades of experience as a Wraparound facilitator, supervisor, national trainer, and coach, Conan's professional philosophy centers on empowering individuals and communities to foster emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Nic Handley is a Senior Program Specialist supporting national training and technical assistance initiatives across Innovations Institute. She’s known for bringing curiosity, creativity, and a bit of organizational magic to complex projects.
Jake Whiteford, Lead Instructional Developer, designs accessible learning experiences for professionals. Bringing an instructional design lens to Wraparound, he helps translate complex concepts into clear, engaging conversations and tools.
Kaitlyn Decker, an Educational Program Assistant, records, edits, and produces multimedia projects, including interviews, training scenarios, promotional content, and educational videos. Her work helps to bring learning experiences and storytelling to life across Innovations.
